What are cash transfer credit cards and how do you use them? Cash transfer credit cards allow a credit card customer to make a cash transfer from credit card directly into the customers bank account using the new credit card.

Cash transfer credit cards are balance transfer credit cards that allow a customer to make a standard balance transfer from one credit card to another but also allow a cash transfer from credit card directly into a bank account.

With cash transfer credit cards a customer is able to make use of the promotional 0% balance transfer rate available on the credit card and use the cash transfer into their bank account to pay off an overdraft, or a loan or to use the cash for a purchase, if required.

Although you can use any credit card to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM machine, making a cash withdrawal from a cash machine using a credit will always attract very high rates of interest. Cardholders should not make the mistake of confusing a cash withdrawal with a cash transfer.

Cash transfer credit cards are often commonly known as super balance transfer credit cards.
